zeitgeist1
Hi One of my sticks of my CMX512-3200C2PT (TwinX) is broke. One stick does not work. The stick in question does not work as my PC will not even boot with it inside, the other stick still works fine. I've tried it in each slot and everything between and it will not work. I would prefer not to send in both because than I will be stuck without a PC, but if it is quick it may be possible. Thanks
Wired
Sending both is recommended so you get a TwinX pack back.
zeitgeist1
Okay I'll do that. I assume you work here. I didnt know if I had to post more "tech" questions to get an RMA request. Thanks
Wired
If it won't boot off the stick that's enough evidence in my opinion. As for "working" here, Ram Guy and Cool Guy are the only official Corsair reps here, and as far as I am aware, the only Corsair reps that visit the forums on or off the clock. I do not work for Corsair, however I am an administrator of the House of Help, which contains within its walls the Official Corsair Memory Support Forum. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 8, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 8, 2005 You can email rma@corsairmemory.com with your RMA# and ask them to check the status. And average is 5-7 days for an RMA.
