commander pro shows node pro even there is no node pro

No way dude, I installed a commander pro today (previously using a node) and the same thing, been trawling the forum all day for answers. In USBDeview it isn't finding that it's even plugged in. I feel like the USB cable isn't working, but hopefully it's more a case of iCUE mis-representing it as a node pro (although that would mean the USB cable is working, and USBDeview should see that it's plugged in...) Oh Me no know. But it's frustrating as hell!

Ahh, mine wasn't showing at all, but the node still was.

After reading other threads, I just did the following, and now I have no node, and my commander is showing - so happy :D

A couple of other things to try ... make sure that XHCI Handoff is enabled in the BIOS, Fast Start is disabled (again, in the BIOS) and Windows Fast Startup is also disabled.

My xHCI and bois fast start were already as above, but I turned off windows fast startup and it worked upon reboot <3
