corsair reward card from metabank

I have a corsair reward card from metabank - have tried to use it online on several different sites, it has always been rejected, I went to the corsair reward site to see if I needed to activate it or what, nothing there about that, it did indicated I should use the card below the amount and or to use it as a credit card, in both situations, I tried to use it to offset or credit the total amount of the purchase and there is not a way to show it as a credit card. AM I limited to where I can use it too?? please advise! thank you!

It works like any Visa Prepaid Debit Card. You can use it at any retailer. You can check your balance here: https://www.corsairrebates.com/promocenter/corsair/

 

I'd also refer most questions through their website, as they're more involved in the issuing and use of their cards.
