CITmAn
Dear RAMGuy, I have been troubleshootng a system and have narrowed down the problem to what seems to be RAM related. I have two VS512MB400C3 Modules and when using both the Memtest 86 (http://www.memtest86.com) and the Microsoft Memory Diagnostic (http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp) I see RAM failures. These tools both run in DOS from a bootable CD. I have moved the suspected bad modules to two different systems and the failure follows the RAM. I have also replaced the RAM in the system I have been diagnosing with other "known good" RAM and the problems go away. How can I go about requesting an RMA number? Thanks, CITmAn
