Upon request, I received a prepaid shipping label email from Corsair however the delivery address is to your Netherlands RMA department. Can you please confirm if it is fine to return my PSU to the specified Netherlands address in the prepaid shipping label instead of the UK address initially provided in my RMA ticket? Thank you. smsmasters Posted August 3, 2018 Author Share Posted August 3, 2018 DHL rang me just now. So my PSU will be collected next week and sent to the NL returns address. So in my ticket, the shipping label link at the top right shows a UK Bolton address. The DHL prepaid label emailed to me shows a Netherlands address. Will this cause any issues with handling my RMA? It goes to a different shipping office because of how our partnerships work. You can really send it to either office without issue, but the UK one will be faster.
