I had a question about the CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2, the blue switch version just seem unavailable anywhere in the EU. At this point I dont know if its cuz Corsair killed the blue switch option for it, or if their just that popular. Is there anywhere I can get the blue switch version, is it going to restock and if so when?, or did they stop producing them?

 

I checked local retailers, and all seem to offer every option but blue.:confused:

Just launched, so certainly not killed off. Blues are never going to be as big of a seller as the other switch types, so production volume is likely to match. More importantly, the blue was the last to arrive on the US market as well, so it is probably just a matter of time for them to spread to other zones.

Well thats the odd thing, it does not even show a "notify me when in stock" button.

 

I dont mind waiting, but it all depends on how long the wait is.

I can't answer that. It just recently became mainstream available in the US. Amazon UK lists it as not yet released. I would think soon, but specific dates are almost never released for this type of question.

How long did it take for the US and when was the keyboard realized?

 

Also, was it just the blues that took longer or?

I believe the US mainstream channel release was around June 8-12, or thereabouts. I would say it was another 30 days before I saw the Cherry Blue model available online for the first time. It was only the Blue that was a bit scarce. The other key types including the Special Edition had a pretty big drop at launch.

I'll suppose I'll wait a month, but after that I'll prob give up on the K70 and look for something else.
