kurt_levy
A few months back I purchased a memory module from newegg. One day my system wouldnt boot. Tracing the problem to the memory it seems that the stick perhaps malfunctioned. My other stick of memory allowed the system to start from either slot. Therefore it wasnt a motherboard problem. Placing the stick in either slot made the same problem recur. I also tried it in other friends system and the same thing occured. It is therefore the module.
