jcmv4792
I have 6 LL120 rgb fans installed into the commander PRO. When the computer sleeps after not being used for a while, the lights on the first three fans will still be on, but the lights for the last three fans will turn off. The fans themselves still keep spinning. Just wondering why this happens, and how I can stop the last three fans' lighting from turning off when the computer goes to sleep. Also, when this happens and I wake the computer up or restart it, the lights don't turn back on. I have to actually shut down the computer and turn the computer back on for all the lights to come back on.
c-attack
The Corsair service underpinning the application has trouble resuming after sleep. While it occasionally will restart within a few seconds, more often then not you may need to kill the iCUE app in the task manager, then restart iCUE. A full reboot should not be necessary. If still stuck, go back and see if the Corsair service did start and got stuck. Kill it and iCUE again before restarting the app. As for rainbow spiral versus dark when iCUE is not running — I have no clue what tips it one way or the other on the fans. My rear exhaust HD always goes rainbow. The other 5 usually dark. Sometimes all rainbow at 100% intensity. It makes me miss the lighting playback feature from Link every time. DevBiker
You can usually restart the Corsair Service by itself without restarting iCue ... it'll reconnect. You can do this in the services applet or even have a little batch file that does it.
