VOID Pro RGB Power Button

So I bought a VOID Pro RGB headset and it arrived today. Upon the device being fully charged (as requesting in the manual) I was unable to turn it on. I kept pressing the power button so it'd click but nothing would happen, I tried holding it and nothing.

 

I did eventually get it to work by pressing the power button extremely hard. Is something wrong with my device or is the power button always a little dodgy on these devices? I have no problem with the mute button or the dial, a light press and they click and work but when I press the power button and it clicks nothing happens. I have to really hard press down on the button for it to register.

 

Assuming this isn't how it was intended to operate is it worth getting the device replaced or should I just put up with it?

 

Side Note: tried registering an account on the Corsair Support page but kept getting errors.

This doesn't sound normal, you would want to get this replaced. As for the account creation error, give us a call to get it resolve.
