Plainoldchase
Bare with me as this may be a bit long, and I have done some research and cannot find a definitive answer. I purchased 6 HD120 RGB fans to install in my 570x case. I am using a commander mini to control fan speeds and such, the rgb hub, and a lighting node pro for the fans and RGB strips. I installed everything last night and the fans work with no lighting whatsoever. Icue is picking up the lighting node but strips will also not light up. I have looked at the diagrams posted in this forum and dont see anything regarding the commander mini. I am also wondering how plugging one fan to the cpu fan header will work with the RGB control. I am running a corsair h100i gtx as my cpu cooler currently.
Plainoldchase
I apologize in advance if this has been a question asked before, I read through quite a bit and as stated I only saw threads regarding the commander pro and not the mini. DevBiker
The Commander Mini isn't supported in iCue at all. And the current RGB products (fans and strips) also don't work with the Commander Mini.
Plainoldchase
When you say dont work, not even if I'm just using it to power the fans?
Plainoldchase
So my only other option would be to purchase a commander pro, or rid myself of the commander mini, use just the lighting node pro and fan hub, and run the pwm connectors to motherboard ports? DevBiker
So ... iCue doesn't support the CoMini. You can use Link and use it to control the CoMini and the fan speeds. You can use the Lighting Node Pro (NoPro) to control the RGB. I thought you were trying to control the RGB with the CoMini; that won't work. Plainoldchase
No sir, just using the co mini to strictly control fan speeds and such. This still leaves me at a loss as to why no lighting is working but the node is being reflected in icue.

Did you click on the LNP and click the Lighting Setup and set each channel to HD-120 and 6 of them. As well as Ligthing strips + count to the other channel? Plainoldchase
I did, and it is showing the 6 fans and led strips with lighting on iCue but no lighting effects to the actual fans or strips.
DevBiker
How about power? How do you have the NoPro powered? Any adapters?
tiessar
Shut down and give the connectors a good wiggle/replug, I had an issue with the LED strips not communicating correctly, delayed response of up to 10s, no light, uncontrollable light, etc, all different each time I restarted and that all went away with simply reconnecting it again.
