I had an issue with an H100i cooler but the process for the claim has been pain stakingly slow and redundant. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone who will take care of this. I've been asked to provide information I have already provided, but now I need to provide a part number and a lot number, without any instructions on how to even get these numbers. The lot code is on the sticker on the side of the radiator. It's basically that bar code. What exactly is your ticket number? Perhaps I could take a look at it? You might also want to try getting into a chat with our customer service team. If you are having trouble setting up the ticket, they should be able to assist and help create one for you.
