Ticket #742258, broken device delivered July 9, still awaiting shipment

I am here to request attention and suggestions on how to push this ticket process: broken PSU had been delivered to Corsair on July 9th, replacement device still have to be shipped back.


I escalated and communicated using both the support ticket and chat many times, but the process is still halted @ shipping back the replacement device


kindly provide any suggestion

Hi buddy,


Your RMA was proceeding, but there was either some kind of mistake at our warehouse, or they didn't have the replacement PSU and were waiting for it to arrive. It should ship soon. Either way, we're trying to get into contact with them to figure out why it hasn't shipped. You should have a comment on your ticket soon explaining what's happening.
