fs0270 Posted July 24, 2018 Share Posted July 24, 2018 hi, I am here to request attention and suggestions on how to push this ticket process: broken PSU had been delivered to Corsair on July 9th, replacement device still have to be shipped back. It should ship soon. Either way, we're trying to get into contact with them to figure out why it hasn't shipped. You should have a comment on your ticket soon explaining what's happening.
