glenk
I just purchased the value select 512mb 200 pin ddr so-dimm memory module for my laptop VSS12SDS333 Lot # 0504015-0. I put it in and started playing a game I normally play but then started getting errors. I haven't modified the timings or done anything fancy with the memeory through the bios. I ran mem-test 86 v 3.2 and am getting the following errors so far with only 27% of the test done: Tst-2 Pass-0 Failing Address - 000367882b4 - 871.5MB Good - ffffffff Bad - fffff7ff Err-Bits - 00000800 Count - 1 Chan Tst 3 Pass - 0 Failing Address - 000356a9534 - 869.5 Good - fdfdfdfd Bad - fdfdfcfd Err-Bits - 00000100 Count - 1 Chan Tst 4 Pass - 0 Failing Address 000365584b4 - 869.5 Good - 53dedd23 Bad - 53ded523 Err - Bits - 00000800 Count - 1 Chan
