Need help with ticket #740470

Hi

 

Can someone look into this for me please?

I created this ticket about a month ago and, at the time, I made a mistake by putting my old address with my new postcode.

 

On the 6th of June I was asked to confirm my address.

I apologised and gave my actual address.

This was over a week ago now and I haven't heard anything back.
