Hi There,

With Icue Installed it doest detect my Commander Pro & PSU (RM750i).

Steps i Took:

- upgraded LINK to latest version (4.9.7.35).

- Installed ICUE.

- Links shows the message "This device is being controlled by ICUE".

Things i tried:

- clean install (remove all corsair software and delete config files)

- rebooted

- install again in all orders (Link -> ICUE, ICUE -> LINK, and icue without link)

-Even swaped all usb's to refresh the irq's

So far nothing...

Corsair products:

- K70 RGB

- M65 RGB

- MM800 RGB Polaris

- RM750i

- Commander Pro

* 3 x HD120 RGB

* 1 x Thermal Sensor

A Shame since installing ICUE makes my fans spin max speed and i've build this watercooled PC to be a silent Studio machine.

Sure i can drop ICUE and install CUE but CUE auto upgrades towards ICUE.

Some final notes:

Links detects Commander Pro And RM750i with no problem.

No errors while using the K70, M65 and MM800...

I attached the "Export system info and logs" from ICUE

Thanks for your help!

Hi there, thanks for your quick reply,

I have tried restarting the corsair service, even booted while disabling the service and enabling it when all idle and booted.

My Anti Virus program is Comodo, tried restarting the service while Comodo is disabled but still nothing...

Were they showing up in link at all? I wonder what happens if you plug the PSU directly into the USB2.0 header, instead of chaining it off CoPro? It might help in diagnosing the issue.

Hi There,

They aren't showing up in ICUE at all, I've added a screenshot.

I will try bypassing the chaining, but i've got a wall mounted system so i've got to get back on that...

I don't use any other probing software and/or monitoring tools.

Hi there,

From this photo I noticed that your iCue is outdated. (Bottom left corner of your iCue is asking you to update it)

Have you tried updating it to see if it still works for you?

I disabled the usb chain, PSU and commander Pro are now directly plugged in the motherboard.

updated the motherboard drivers to be sure...

Even reinstalled both link and icue, link solo operates well but same problem persist when installing icue.

here are my "new" icue logs.

Oh apologies... I'm usually blind to see updated posts lol.

What is your current version of your "new" iCue?

Most people had bad luck with the newer versions. (3.4.95)

I am on the lucky side therefore so far no issues with detecting of my commander pro and PSU.

I have similar problem. I am using rm750i but it does not see the current icue and corsair link. The product only sees corsiar link v4.9.1.23. I've done a lot of research and ticked but I haven't found the solution. k 70 lux and glaive in the system I'm not having any trouble in them. I don't use any virus programs.

My computer;

intel i5 8600k

msi z370 a pro

msi gtx 1060

gskill ripjaws 3200mhz ddr4

windows 10 home (always up to date)
