Why? Why is this happening?

I haven't dropped my PC nor has it received any kind of damage.

Also I've seen similiar threads regarding Hydro H100i

How do I fix this? I'm no computer genius, I just picked parts that were recommended for a good gaming PC and let the store build it for me.

Nobody is quite reporting that. However, your sound spins up like it is increasing in speed. Your pump is static, either high or low and that sounds nothing like a pump. Are you sure you don't have a fan rubbing on something?

Other common problems include not letting the unit have full power. In the BIOS, the motherboard fan header powering the H100i v2 needs to be set to 100%, either by setting "Full Speed" in Asus Q-Fan or "Disabling" the header. Usually the result of this is the unit doesn't start, but we might as well check on all the boxes here.
