DinoRex Posted February 16, 2005 Share Posted February 16, 2005 I got an ok from the tech guy to send my information and get an RMA, but I never get an e-mail reply =( do they hate me? I must have sent like 8-9 e-mails by now starting november of 2004. In post #155579 I finally got a green light to get my memory replaced; I follow all instructions and send my information to get a reply but they never send me one! =( please help me.. sorry for whining so much.. but I have been trying to get my memory replaced for such a long time I'm so desperate right now. :(: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please call them again and dial "0" that will take you right to them. But you should get a reply from them with in 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
