TICKET #732929 closed wit no resolution

I have a logged a ticket for a faulty RAM on the 30/05/2019. RMA has been approved , ram has been posted to UK and arrived on the 04/06/2019.

Since then the ticket has been in processing status, and now it has been closed, while still in processing status.

Could I get an update on this?
