Marcus96 Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 I recently upgraded to iCUE from CUE. However, more often than not iCUe does not find my K96 Platinum, my M65 Pro or my MM800. All three items are showing as installed hardware in windows. And they do show up in iCUE some times. Does anyone have any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[jk ... it's a typo and you mean the K95] One a more serious note, I've not seen iCue have issues detecting "classic CUE" devices. Can you export your logs so that Corsair can take a look at them? It's also good if you can do this right after you note the issue and include the time that it occurred ... it saves a TON of digging around in the log files.
