egl3
dear ram guy, the warranty section said i had to come here before sending an rms or whatever. i've never done anything like this before so I do not have the slightest clue if this will get through or if i'm doing it right. i've got a stick of corsair vs512mb333 from lot 0407115. it's about a year old and hasn't worked for about a month now. i tried it in two machines with different types of motherboards, both of which use this type memory, and it does not work. i get the same beep code. i don't recall which store i purchased it from. i've got it and want to send it back under warranty; what do i do? thanks, egl3
