Hi,

So, clean uninstall. Chances are old files are on the system and it's reacting oddly because of it.

- Please make sure to install all updates for Windows.

- Uninstall the CUE software.

Please locate your Appdata folder, and delete the 2 Corsair folders in the Local and Roaming folder.

- Run CCleaner: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

- Run CCleaner's Registry Cleaner

- Restart your computer

- Reinstall CUE.

I can't even uninstall iCUE because Windows says that there's an error applying transforms and to verify that the paths are valid. Is there a way to ensure that the executable is pointing to the right path? Edited by MustGoFaster
