ronnie87 Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 I have a mocdule of CMX512-3200C2PT that fails memtest86 v3.2 on two different machines. Timings were set to 2-3-3-11 at 2.85volts. The results of the test after 160 passes were: Test Pass Failing address good bad Err-Bit Count Chan 7 1 0000998fe60 -153.9 902202f9 922202f9 020000 3 1 7 66 00018f9b46c -399.6 cbe8547a cbea547a 00200 5 1 Problem is that memory causes random system crash and bsod. MB #1 EPOX 8RDA3+ , AthlonXP 1700+ set at 133fsb, no overclocking or performance settings. MB#2 MSI K8N Neo2, Athlon64 3000+ set at 200fsb, no overclock or performance setting. Memory timings for both machines was 2-3-3-11 at 2.7 volts and 100% fsb. Athlon64 machine is a friends who runs corsair xms in his machines also.
