HertanJ
My system is not stable after putting these sticks in  AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Windows XP Pro (SP1) ASUS A7N8X ACPI BIOS Rev 1007, 10/8/2003 Updated all the NForce Drivers Actually, everything in the comp has its drivers updated. In the bios, I set it up for 200mhz; 2-3-2-6 1T When i ran memtest86 v3.2, It failed Test 6 everytime: Here is an example: Tst Pass Failng Addy Good Bad Err-Bits Count 6 0 00032833a18 fdffffff 7dffffff 80000000 1 It had many more errors where the only thing that would change is the Err-Bits Let me know what i should try next. CandyKid
Welcome to the forums, HertanJ! If your CPU's FSB is 333, please run your memory at 100% / 166MHz. The nForce chipsets do a lot better when the memory is in sync with the CPU. You can also try increasing the VDimm to 2.8 volts. PLUR CK

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 14, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 14, 2005 As long as you have the memory frequency set to 100% and you still get these errors I would siggest testing the module one at a time in another system if you can and if you still get errors with one module then, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! HertanJ
ok, so i did as you wanted (testing each module one at a time at 100%) and i still had errors. SO.....I RMA'ed them and sent 'em back to CORSAIR. I just got my new sticks in the mail, tested them out......EVERYTHING IS SMOOTH AND PERFECT! I guess i was just unlucky with my order. Thanks for your help... AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Dear mr. ram guy, YOUR THE BEST. Sincerely, ME
