MM800 RGB Polaris and Glaive RGB Frequency Noise

Hello,

So I'm hearing a bit of frequency noise when I sit the mouse on the mouse pad when they are both on, is this normal? If not, could either the mouse or mouse-pad be faulty?

Edit: I figured out it's Coil Whine.

- There is a lot of it on the Glaive Mouse and if I press my ear on the K70 RGB keyboard I can hear a bit of it, is this a problem on the keyboard? Anyway to solve this coil whine issue?

Many thanks!

Electrical issue, could be a dud that you have. Worry not, just get it replaced.

Thank you for replying, I have requested a replacement for it, hopefilly this mouse doesn’t make any noise..

- About the keyboard, it also sends off a bit of coil whine, not as loud as the mouse, but I have to press my ear on it to hear it, I’m kind of worried for in the long run if the noise gets louder where I don’t have to press my ear to hear it and I actually hear it from a distance, what do I do?

Hi ViperAttack, I would say the same, if the keyboard is giving off a bit of whine, definitely RMA it. The keyboard has capacitors as well and could be giving off the whine in this case.

Hi Mint, I will monitor the keyboard and see if it will keep on making the noise, if it does the. I will RMA it.
