KCK4u2nv
Hi, I'm new to the forum, I was playing PUBG yesterday with no problems whatsoever. Today when I logged on to PUBG, I picked up a gun and tried to reload (I use my thumb1 and thumb2 to reload and crouch) with nothing happening. I also tried updating the software and firmware to see if it would resolve the issue to no avail... Any suggestions?
c-attack
You need to tell us what mouse and what version of CUE you are using.

MeldarPrime
I recently had the same issue. I'm running Windows 10 Pro with the April update and a Glaive RBG with the newest firmware. The mouse was working correctly till May 2 when CUE updates to v2.24.50. The side mouse buttons stopped working completely (games, windows, everywhere) so I told CUE to quit and they started working again. I uninstalled CUE did some clean up and reinstalled CUE v2.24.50 fresh but still no side mouse buttons. Unistalled CUE again and installed v2.23.40 and now the mouse is working correctly again. Check the actions menu of the default or currently active profile for an unexpected value or command. Once or twice I have loaded up after a Win update and or new CUE install the values in an old profile become corrupted or altered.

As much as it pains us to say, it's always best to start with a new profile just in case your old profiles get corrupted when migrating between big uninstalls/reinstalls.
