Corsair Employees Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 3, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 3, 2018 First thing, check the bottom of your keyboard and look at the sticker. If you own a K70 RGB, K70RGB Lux, K70 Lux, K70RGB Rapidfire, or K70 Rapidfire then make sure that the switch on the back of the keyboard is set to 1, 2, or 4. Make sure it is not set to BIOS. If you do not have any of those 5 models, and have a CORSAIR GAMING K70, VENGEANCE K70, or any static lighting K70 that is not a LUX or Rapidfire, then your keyboard predates CUE and does not connect through it.
