Arock387
So as the title says. I'm on my lunch break from work and I brought home my new k95 platinum. And I'm having some issues firt off. No matter what USB I plug it in to. As soon as the keyboard is plugged in then the whole PC lights up, fans spin. but its powered off. AS soon as I unplug the keyboard it all stops. I have never seen this or have no idea how this could be possible second is upon resetting I got a blue screen sayin the PC didn't launch right. I reset it and it was fine. However I have not seen that issue since I first deleted all partitions but forgot to delete a boot segment from the wrong SSD of wich my windows was on. If this issue continues ill just delete partitions again and start a fresh windows. However what is up with the top issue. I do love the feel of this keyboard. I just switched it out from the razer chroma v2 green switches. But I cant let a keyboard increase my power bill since plugging it in makes all the fans and lights go
Arock387
The issue is with the USB pass through. If its not plugged in than the lights and fans aren't running. The moment I plug in the USB pass through cable than the lights turn on and the fans begin to spin even though the PC is turned off
Zotty
Somethings not right that's for sure!. Time to open a support ticket or indeed return it to the shop if possible? (the faster method), but until you are told otherwise.. i wouldn't be plugging it back in dude..
Arock387
Hmm. So I've come home from work and wanted to do some more trouble shooting. However the problem seems to have fixed itself? I now have both USB plugs in and I'm not having the fan or light issue. Odd
