Matewoosh
Hi, I have to admit that I was drinking Iced Tea and I was trying to grab something from my desk. Then of course I flipped glass and all of this went straight on my keyboard. I immediately unplugged it and started wiping. After a while I connected it back to PC, but I realised that my Rainbow have less colors than it should have. When I choose only green in CSE or only white, it doesn't appear at all or appeares blinking. My question is that there is chance that it will fix or is it dead and I have to buy another one? Because I didn't notice any issues with my keys, I had issues for a moment, uplugged, I did wait some more time and it works perfectly, except lights. But lights never came back. Also 9 and 0 can display green, only these keys. Sorry for my English, I did my best, and for grammar
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted April 27, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 27, 2018 Hi Matewoosh, definitely unplug it and let it dry out for a few days. If you're able, pull the keycaps and try using isopropyl alcohol to clean up the switches to see if it helps.
