Originally created on 2018-03-29 and approved the next day. Then I sent the package in the correct way. The status is in processing since 2018-04-06 11:03 Despite checking the ticket regularly, it is now closed and I haven't received updates. :dunno: If someone could check, I would be very pleased. Thanks in advance! I'll have someone look into this for you. Did you send in your whole RAM kit or just the single defective stick?
