DevBiker
First, the H115i PRO has only been out since January. So I'm not really sure how this problem could have existed for 2 years. Second, you have an EVGA Graphics card. Are you running XOC? If so, disable it. XOC has frequently been the cause of these issues. It's even right at the top of the Cooler FAQ. charbel1011
I don't have the evga program thing. i am going crazy. and i mean the driverxp program not recognized that's what i meant by 2 years.
will_s
Silly question but you do have the 115i pro connected by the USB cable to your PC ? Corsair USBXp driver shows in my device manager but my problem is the LINK software that i suppose to control this bit of hardware is the buggiest POS I have seen. DevBiker
1) Have you tried disabling/enabling the driver? This problem, btw, is almost always caused by a software conflict. You aren't running XOC ... how about any monitoring tools? Anything that shows values from the cooler (HWInfo, etc.)?
charbel1011
I installed the corsairlink on my hardrive instead of my ssd and all of sudden it's working i don't know what was it.
DevBiker
What's the drive letter for the SSD vs. the Hard drive?
charbel1011
Local Disk C for ssd and local disk D for hard drive?
DevBiker
Local Disk C for ssd and local disk D for hard drive? That's ... odd. If there was an issue with drive path, I'd expect it on the D: drive, not the C: drive.
charbel1011
I installed corsair link back to the ssd. i fixed it by turned the m.2 configuration from auto to sata since my m.2 ssd is sata and now it's working just fine.
