ML140 RGB Pro fan speed

I have 2 of these installed as case fans and another 2 as rad fans.

The case fans are hooked up to chassis 1 and 2 and I have them set to full speed in the bios under Q-fan control. However, one fan is spinning about 50-100rpm slower than the other one. Barely hitting 1100 rpm, while the second one on chassis 2 consistently around 1100 rpm. Even eyeballing things it does look like chassis 1 fan is a bit slower. Anyway to fix this? Or is this normal?

Most fans have a normal variance of +-10%, so within that. Dust filters, case mesh, grills, and most certainly radiators all create resistance for the fan and affect their speed. If the fans do not face the same level of resistance, that would account for the difference as well. I would stay below 90% for any use. Most fans pick up a lot of their noise in the last 10%.
