Cosair vengeance 2x8 3.2mhz

I just bought two 8 3.2mhz memory sticks for 250 bucks, expected some good gaming performance results from the videos I saw and I got absolutely no results from a cheap Kingston 8gb 2.1mhz. Is there anything wrong?

I enabled XMP to 3.2mhz and still the same performance, playing GTA V.

Should I buy 2x4 and perhaps get the entire FPS benefit?

Yes, 1 in slot 2 and other one in slot 4 (same color slots)

Yes, I use Z-270A I enabled XMP

I didn't check CPU-Z, I will check.

Checked on CPU-Z, it didn't display me my graphic and memory data for some reasons, I checked it via cmd wmic memorychip get speed and it shows 2133 (twice) after I enabled XMP.

I run windows 7 64bit

Downloaded Speccy, and it shows me 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1599MHz. :|

In the SPD it shows

Type Unknown

Size 8192 MBytes

Manufacturer Corsair

Max Bandwidth DDR4-2132 (1066 MHz)

Part Number CMU16GX4M2C3200C16

SPD Ext. XMP

I did not overclock or anything. The ram usage won't go over 1600.1mhz (after I enabled XMP which is fine?), I use DDR4 Z270-A with Kaby Lake i7 7700k

Edit, I think it's actually works at 3.2mhz but I see absolutely no difference in the performance, exact same FPS whatsoever. Is the video just fake?

I think the subject is related to Overclocking forum though.
