iCue load placement at Windows startup

Does anyone know how to change when iCue loads at Windows startup. It currently loads last, of many, and thus gives me late control of my keyboard macros, media keys, and profiles, as well as late access to my Glaive DPI settings. I know we are only talking a minute or less, but it would be nice if I could force iCue to be one of the first programs to run at startup instead of the absolute last.

You can't set a priority on startup on apps, but you can create a delayed start. should be able to set all startup apps to a delayed start and that way iCue would start first.
