Madmaxneo
I have the K95 RGB and the keyboard and all the macro buttons work fine, except for switching between the different memory buttons. I also have an issue with the software freezing up and the keyboard lighting stops working at odd times. 1. Once the software starts I can only use the M1 set of macros. I click on the M2 or M3 buttons and nothing happens. If I click on them in the software they are treated like any other macro button as if I am going to program a function into them, they do not allow me to switch to a different set of macros. Before the software starts I can click on the buttons on the keyboard and it will switch to what ever one I click on but once the program starts up it goes to the M1 setting and stays there. 2. Every so often the software freezes up and the key lighting is all out of wack and none of the macros work. I have to close the program and pull the usb ports out of the back of my PC and restart the program then reinsert the USB plugs to get the software to work correctly with the keyboard. I have been told the issue with switching between the different memory keys is something to do with the way the software is programmed for the platinum K95's. I was told (by submitting a ticket) that even if I sent my keyboard into for an RMA that they probably still will not work and that they may or may not come out with a fix. That was at least one update ago and they still do not work. Can anyone please help me with these two issues because they both can get pretty annoying at times. xMacias
If you can assign actions to the M keys, I think you can assign a profile switch action to them.

hastegag
What are the commands for a "profile switch"? Profile switching is an option within CUE, you can bind it to any button. I think the crashing may be on the latest non beta version where issues were had in certain scenarios. Back up your profiles using the built in export and once complete, you may want to try installing this: http://downloads.corsair.com/download?item=Files/CUE/CorsairUtilityEngineSetup_2.23.40_release.msi
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted April 9, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hi Madmaxneo, Like hastegag mentioned, try rolling back to 2.23 to see if it helps with the software and lighting freeze. You can set the profile switching as an option, like Macro or Remap Key (it's towards the bottom of the dropdown.) You can then set it to move to the next profile or even jump to a direct profile, in this instance you could set M2 to go to the second profile and M3 to the third profile. Just don't forget, these assignments would be relevant to this specific profile.

I kind of like this way of doing it because it seems like you can have more than just three profiles, and clicking the button will cycle through them. But I think it can get confusing if you accidentally hit the button more than once...lol.

If I restart my system the program may crash again.
Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted April 17, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 17, 2018 Sorry, we're still hammering out some things in the early access, but any feedback is welcome (especially in the iCUE forums.) And you're right, the idea was to allow for more than 3 profiles, just be careful that each subsequent profile you switch to also has the same action for switching, else you'll switch profiles and get stuck, needing to manually switch profiles in CUE again.
