Kywim
Hello! I've bought a Corsair K70 RGB Keyboard, so far, I love it, but when I boot my computer, the keyboard isn't detected by iCUE, which means it doesn't apply my profiles. Restarting iCUE instantly fixes the issue, but it's a bit of a pain to do so every time I start my computer. How can I fix this? Thanks
Corsair Employees Corsair CJ Posted April 6, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 6, 2018 Interesting. Next time this happens, can you export a log for us to take a look at (before you restart iCUE)?
Kywim
Hey ! The bug was not there yesterday, so I thought it was gone, but it came back today. I've uploaded 2 logs, "logs.zip" contains the logs of iCUE when my keyboard was not recognized, and "after.zip" contains the logs of iCUE after I restarted it and it recognized by keyboard. Also, note that my keyboard works perfectly on boot, it's just the lightning effects that aren't appliedlogs.zipafter.zip
Kywim
Hello, is there a solution? The problem is still there!
gpvecchi
Yes, same for me. In particular booting to a non admin account, then switching out, then logging to an admin account.
