Returns Time/Refund

Hi, good day.


I had a ax760i, that had the random reboot and the loop boot.

I RMA it, and Corsair sent me a ax860i, that after some days started to have the same behavior and was for RMA also. The psu arrived at corsair holland office in the march 22. It was supposed to be sent as replacement a hx850i.


But now the assistant is saying that the psu is out of stock, if i want a refund, with the pennalty of minus 10% for each year.


I bought it in september of 2015, for 200€, so it is a cut of at least 40€.

With that refund I cant even pay a hx in Portugal.


And I have my pc stopped for a long time now, without a good resolution, so i ask for advice for what to do now.
