drjackool
Hi I have a question on Corsair Commander Pro; When we apply a settings to Commander Pro by iCUE the settings are saved in the Commander Pro hardware or controlled by resident software in Windows. In another hand, When FANs speed must change according to temp sensors a software (iCUE) monitors the sensors and then change Fans speed or Commander Pro do this itself? be cause if it is done by iCUE, if the app crashed or hangs the fans speed is not change! DevBiker
If the source sensors for the fan curve are any of the thermistors on the CoPro, it can be handled by the CoPro itself. If, however, the source sensors for the fan curve are anything else, it will require the software to run. IIRC, in this case, when there is no control, the CoPro will run the fans at full speed.
