i am using a hx750i from corsair and the corsair link 4 software dont recognize the psu data. i tried 2 different usb ports on my motherboard but wont work on both.

Windows is a new install but on the 1709 version. the link software is on the 4.9.6.19 version. is there anyone that can help me to solve my problem.

Is the light on the power supply blinking?

Do you have the latest drivers for your motherboard's USB?

In the BIOS, do you have Legacy USB Support and XHCI Handoff both enabled?

You may also want to try using a standard mini USB data cable (make sure that it supports data; there are cables out there that only provide power) and route the cable to one of the USB ports on the back of the motherboard. This will eliminate the cable as the issue.
