Clayonmd Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 My son received a Cx850m 2017 PSU, brand new in box for his birthday. It’s DOA and failed paper clip test. Having trouble with warranty support. Seems they are saying the warranty is non transferrable due to him not being the buyer? It’s a new corsair 2017 product. Last message to us on support ticket was an all caps title and a copy/paste of warranty... No explanation, just copy/paste. Class act! A+ support!
