Hi, i need help.

So, ive been trying to get rid of my old engine for my mouse now every time i try to remove it says the "G:/ Drive" is not around, now i dont even have a G:/ Drive step. Now i wanted to uninstall my old one on my pc, but it doesnt seem to let me? Nor does it allow me to install a newer version since it just keeps spitting up saying that i don't have a G:/ Drive. http://prntscr.com/iv3ys7 This is also what i gettrying to repair, i know in my BIos has a WHQL option, should that be running? cause i want to be able to use my mouse macros for games i play and this makes it really hard to do anything with.
