RMA and "Blue screen of death"

Hi, I have 2 sticks of XMS2400...and lately one of the sticks has been causing, or so I think, my computer to crash and show the "blue screen of death". I would like to know if there is any solution to this problem or if I can get an RMA. On that note, I want to know if my RAM is still under warrenty. The numbers are (on a red sticker) 27760 and on a white sticker, CM64SD266-2400 C2 and under that 013817.

Thanks,

Mike

Yes, all of our modules have a lifetime warranty, and I would suggest you RMA both modules so they match.

Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!

Can I send 1 in so I can keep my computer running for the time being and then send the second one in once the first is replaced?
