mikelim
Hi, I have 2 sticks of XMS2400...and lately one of the sticks has been causing, or so I think, my computer to crash and show the "blue screen of death". I would like to know if there is any solution to this problem or if I can get an RMA. On that note, I want to know if my RAM is still under warrenty. The numbers are (on a red sticker) 27760 and on a white sticker, CM64SD266-2400 C2 and under that 013817. Thanks, Mike
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 7, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 7, 2005 Yes, all of our modules have a lifetime warranty, and I would suggest you RMA both modules so they match. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!

Can I send 1 in so I can keep my computer running for the time being and then send the second one in once the first is replaced?
Wired
You CAN, however they can't guarantee they match when you send them in individually.
