Unable to create support ticket

Hopefully this is the right place for this. I started encountering an issue with my Scimitar Pro RGB mouse where it will occasionally (4-5% of the time) register a double-click when a single click is performed. The mouse is only 1 month old, so I'd like to RMA it and receive a replacement. I was able to create an account on the Corsair support website, but I'm unable to select a part number when creating the ticket. It's required so I'm out of luck here. Tried in both Chrome and Edge browsers with no luck.


See attachment for what I see on the page. I've entered the product family, series, and description. When clicking the "Search Part Number" button, nothing seems to happen.
