Corsair link does not show h150i

Hi, I have a problem with commander pro and h150i, at first I recognized the AIO in corsair link but then it disappeared. Commander pro detects the 3 fans without problems.

I have read some post but it is worth trying.

I have attached a copy of usbdevice.

Cheers

Check in device manager to see if the Corsair USBXp device driver is disabled. If it is disabled, enable it and the H150i PRO should pop back up.

Hello, when I connect it to the commande pro the driver does not appear in the list, but when I connect it to a usb2 of the motherboard if it appears

Can you please provide the details of your hardware? You can go to Edit System Specs ... and note that you can fill the lines with other items (see mine as an example).

OK ... adding that to the "Edit System Specs" info would be good for future reference as well.

One thing that I notice is the EVGA GPU. Are you running EVGA XOC? If so, can you disable it to see if the issue goes away? You'll also need to check in Device Manager again after disabling XOC.

Ah, well, of course it can't be that easy. ;)

Can you check the BIOS and make sure that "Legacy USB Support" and "XHCI Handoff" are both enabled?

Is the cooler plugged in to the Commander Pro's USB port? Or into the motherboard?

Can you show your Link monitoring screen, particularly the Commander Pro values?

1) legacy usb support is enabled but xhci handoff does not appear in bios

2) In the first instance it was connected to the commander pro and it worked, when it changes its case, it only detects it through the motherboard

3) attached
