Those aren't serial numbers. Those are part numbers. Neither is a 2x16GB kit.

CMK16GX4M4A2666C16R is a 4x4GB kit.

CMK8GX4M1A2666C16 is a 1x8GB kit.

There's no way to know if they'll work with each other without trying / testing them together. The modules are different sizes, so that doesn't help.

You wrote the wrong product number and information in your original post. He correctly identified them based on what you wrote. Now that we can see the boxes, it is clear what you have. They are the same specification and size, simply one with a red heatsink and one black. This does improve your odds of getting them to work together, but any time you mix and match different boxes, even of the same type, you are on your own for getting it to work.

You have a decent chance at 2666, but it may depend on your board as well. Be smart and make a system image back up of your C drive before starting, just in case you run into OS corruption issues on a failed boots.

I think your chances are good they will run, but there are no guarantees. Back-up your c-drive, power down and install. Boot up at the default 2133 first. That should be easy. If not, then the next step will be difficult. If it does work, you can try the intended 2666 MHz. However, I am not sure if XMP will work or not. You may need to manually set the 2666 frequency, then the primary timings (16-18-36) in the DRAM timing section of the Advanced BIOS (AI Tweaker column).
