Starfang Posted March 14, 2018 Share Posted March 14, 2018 The headset (Void Pro RGB Wireless) won't turn on and when it is plugged in the computer says that it is malfunctioned and Windows wont recognize it. I've tried charging it with another cable that does work, to no avail.
