davidbdeath
The hardware profiles are no longer working on my Scimitar Pro. The output of the mouse's number pad is acting as if they're set to autofire.
LittleAlien
yeah, it feels like CUE is messing up on mine too. It's back to Yellow Logo and Blue Scroll wheel. It was like this a month ago too! I've been really disappointed with Corsair lately. =\ Edited March 12, 2018 by LittleAlien
davidbdeath
Mine works fine with cue active it's when Cue is not active I'm having problems. I specifically programmed two hardware profile to work without cue running. One for windows and one for Mac OS. I hadn't updated the hardware profiles in a long time and decided to change the DPI settings. After that mapping started acting up.
Nelsonshadow
I can not download any CUE profile. It does not work, (At least since yesterday) Does anyone have news about it? Do you know if they are thinking about solving it soon?
Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted March 15, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 15, 2018 Which version of CUE are all of you running? Try updating to the latest version which should be 2.24.35. If you create a new profile with a simple remap to "a", do you have the same issue with a hardware and software profile? Nelsonshadow
I'm running CUE 2.24.35. I still can't download any profile
davidbdeath
I'm on 2.23.40 and the issue is only happening with hardware profiles I've created not the default hardware profiles. I would buy a new mouse but IDK if it's the mouse or the software creating bad hardware profiles. My actions are simple Remap Key. G1 = ctrl+uparrow for example. Oddly Synapse 2 has been working for my old gear on my work computer.
Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted March 20, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 20, 2018 I'd recommend that both of you reach out to technical support for a hard firmware reset. They can provide you with the necessary files and steps needed. https://support.corsair.com/
davidbdeath
They replaced my mouse and I'm having the same problem. I knew it was cue issue not a problem with the mouse. If there is no fix for this I will have to bail on Corsair.
