LL120 Questions

So I just purchased 2 of the LL120 3 Packs to put in my new PC build and am wondering what else I might need to make it work? Will it work with what I have out of the box? Also if I wanted to get the individually addressable RGB strip set that Corsair sells would I need anything else or can I connect it to what I have? Finally anyway to sync this with my Aorus motherboard?

Hey, hey!

The LL120 3 packs come with:

3x LL120 fans

1x RGB Fan Hub

1x Lighting Node Pro

Since you bought another one, just double that number. You'll only need one RGB Fan Hub for the 6x LL120 fans you have, since it supports 6 fans total, and one Lighting Node Pro to hook up to the RGB Fan Hub.

Very similar to my setup, which I bought one LL120 3 pack and one LL140 2 pack.

Anyhow, you're good to go in using Corsair LINK to control the RGB of all your 6 fans, and any RGB strips you add as well.

You cannot use the Aorus software from your Gigabyte board to control the RGB of these fans.

Check out these graphical diagrams that show how the fans, RGB Fan Header and Lighting Node Pro works in terms of connectivity. Made by the very legendary Zotty of this very community!
