CMX512-3500C2PT XMS3502v1.1 won't run in Dual Channel

Here's my problem

Got two stick of Corsair Plat PC3500 v1.1 C2, which means it should use BH5 chips.

Tried running them in my Leadtek Ultra Delux Ultra 400 (nForce 2 Ultra) board at 200MHz timings of 2-2-2-11 at 2.9v, fails mem test

Lower it down to 199MHz, same settings and it's fine.

Try each stick on their own at 200Mhz, 2-2-2-11 @2.9v, no problem.

Tried putting them together again, wouldn't pass memtest. Have tried 2.5-3-3-11 @200Mhz with 2.9v, still fails memtest

Thought my mobo was playing up.

So placed them in an Abit NF2-S mobo with the same settings, 200Mhz, 2-2-2-11 @2.9v, mem test errors.

Currently trying 2.5-3-3-11 on the Abit board, but not holding my breath.

Does this indicate that these two sticks cannot run together in Dual Channel. Should I RMA them?

I have 4 2600+ CPU and only one will O.C. to 200 FSB @ 1-1, but it's not 100% stable. I would suggest testing with these settings to make sure it's not the CPU topping out!

CPU Freq: 166 MHz

Memory Frequency: 100%

Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts

Resulting Frequency: 166MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T
