KaptainKarl Posted February 18, 2018 Share Posted February 18, 2018 This seems to happen only when there is a little amount of stress on the CPU..This pic is just from streaming to twitch..Otherwise, the core will read as 0C under normal use..No ranges in between..I am assuming this is a bug or else my CPU would be melting.. I do not notice any adverse reactions when that temp spikes, but not sure what else can be done..I have done a full uninstall/reinstall (including windows) and get the same result.. DevBiker Posted February 18, 2018 Share Posted February 18, 2018 First, it's not a core reading but a motherboard sensor reading. In fact, the top half of your screen shot is all motherboard sensors. Your core temperatures are on the lower part. Those are the ones that you should look at. Second ... as you suspect, it's not correct. This is a phantom sensor and can be safely ignored.
