Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 4, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 4, 2005 It would be reall hard to get 4 bad modules from us. Can you tell me the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 7, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 7, 2005 Can you try testing the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and I would set these settings manually. CPU Freq: 200 MHz Memory Frequency: 100%/DDR400 Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts Resulting Frequency: 200 MHz SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T
mogenns
Hi, Okay I tested all the modules and only 1 was bad. (so much for Frys knowing what they are doing). The 1 module failed on certain addresses. Whats next? Mogenns Can you try testing the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and I would set these settings manually.
